Four partial sales, one date: inside Tony Wied’s joint-account disclosure

Four recognizable stocks. One trade date. But the key word in Representative Tony Wied’s report is partial. His one-page House disclosure lists partial sales in ServiceNow, The Trade Desk, Upstart and Chipotle, with each owner field marked JT for joint ownership.

That is a documented disclosure worth examining — not evidence of four complete exits, a new trade today, or a bearish forecast.

The four reported transactions

All four rows carry the same September 17 transaction date and October 2 notification date. The Clerk’s receipt stamp also reads October 2. Tickers above are matched to the SEC company directory; the source form lists company names rather than symbols.

Why the boxes matter

This is a scanned paper form. Transaction type and amount are shown with check marks, not clean digital text. The ServiceNow row selects amount band C; the other three select band B. Reading a mark in the wrong column would change the story.

We compared the original page with the extracted data before publishing. The form’s sample “Mega Corp” row is an example and is not counted as a transaction.

What the report does not tell us

Dollar bands are not exact proceeds. The filing does not state execution prices, share counts, remaining balances or the reason for these sales. Joint ownership also does not establish who made the investment decision. There is no policy connection established by this page.
